Agenzia per lo Sviluppo Empolese Valdelsa (ASEV)

The Agency for the Development of Empolese-Valdelsa is a nonprofit public-majority joint-stock consortium founded in 2001; its members include 11 employers’ and workers’ associations, the Chamber of Commerce of Florence and 11 municipalities of Empolese Valdelsa. ASEV’s mission is to carry out actions for the economic, tourist, social and cultural development of the area.

ASEV is a training agency accredited by the Tuscany Region able to provide qualified input for all stages of the training chain, from the need analysis to the design of pathways, to management and coordination. Over the years it has created countless training courses in the field of business services through the most diverse types of paths (IFTS, ITS, Strategic Training, Training 4.0).

ASEV is a partner in the ITS PRIME and VITA Foundations and has promoted, together with the SESA group, the creation of the ITS Prodigi Foundation in the Empolese Valdelsa territory.

ASEV also has many years of experience in the presentation and management of European projects.

Finally, ASEV performs project management service to companies for the submission of research and development projects on regional, national and EU calls as well as on those for internationalization. It is the managing entity of the Regional Technology District on New Materials, which brings together about a hundred companies and a dozen universities and public and private research organizations.
