From July 21 to 25, 2025, the headquarters of Syntea S.A. in Lublin became the center of a workshop and inspiring meetings as part of the international project Training Registry of the Modern Business Services Sector. Over the course of five days, participants had the opportunity not only to deepen their knowledge of modern technologies, but above all to immerse themselves in the world of virtual reality (VR) and its practical applications in training processes.
Ten people participated in the workshops, completing 50 hours of classes over the course of a week. The program was designed to combine theory with practice, with each day bringing new topics, challenges, and opportunities for active participation. VR technology took center stage, presented from both a theoretical and practical perspective. Participants learned about current technological solutions, tested VR goggles, worked on ready-made educational scenarios, and learned how to use specialized tools.
Technology wasn’t the only focus of the training. A strong emphasis was also placed on developing soft skills. Group work, hands-on exercises, brainstorming sessions, and guided discussions created a natural environment for improving abilities such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and adaptability. Participants had the opportunity to engage in team-based tasks, which fostered relationship-building, enhanced interpersonal skills, and deepened their understanding of effective teamwork. These activities significantly enriched the entire training experience.
