The first stationary meeting is behind us. We visited the headquarters of the project leader

On February 5-6, 2024, a meeting was held at the headquarters of Syntea in Lublin within the framework of the international project “Training Registry of the Modern Business Services Sector”.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the consortium established for the implementation of the project: Małopolska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego from Krakow, Agenzia per lo Sviluppo Empolese Valdelsa (Italy), Euro-net (Italy) and Dekaplus Business Services (Cyprus).

Focusing on forms of out-of-school education, the project will emphasize the promotion of the idea of microcredentials and the use of innovative virtual reality/augmented reality (VR/AR) learning tools and methods.

The register will be interoperable with other national registers from partner countries and the Europass platform, applying the standards of the European education model.

During the two days of the meeting, the issues discussed were:

  • The method of implementation and accounting for individual project activities was planned,
  • the principles of eligibility of expenses incurred in the project were discussed,
  • the specifics of the Modern Business Services sector were discussed (industries, development directions and potential); (a key issue from the perspective of the project assumptions),
  • virtual reality technology was presented in the context of the implementation of teaching processes (key issue from the perspective of the project assumptions),
  • the assumptions for the joint project promotion strategy were discussed and adopted,
  • deadlines for the implementation of project tasks were planned,
  • the assumptions for the analytical work to precede the construction of the solution were discussed and defined,
  • preliminary assumptions for the training services registry and its database were discussed and defined.
