DEKAPLUS Business Services Ltd

DEKAPLUS is a vocational education and training organisation, primarily focusing on the development of competences and skills of SME management and first line staff. DEKAPLUS is a qualified and certified training centre since commencing its operations in 2006, and offers vocational short courses on the following areas:

• Services development,
• Innovation culture development,
• Environmental management and sustainable development (ISO 14001, EMAS, Travelife, Ecolabel),
• Human resources management (i.e. appraisal systems),
• Energy Management (ISO 5001),
• Occupational Health and Safety (Risk Assessments, OHSAS 18001),
• Productivity and KPIs,
• Quality Management (ISO 9001, TQM, EFQM).

DEKAPLUS also has a dedicated department managing EU projects. It undertakes the role of the project writer, project leader or project partner, depending on the nature of the project. Since 2014, DEKAPLUS has been the contact point of the “Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs” Programme in Cyprus, assisting start-ups gain a concrete start.

Over the years, DEKAPLUS has established a large network of young entrepreneurs as well as managers or owners of SMEs, NGOs and professional Associations in all sectors of the Cypriot market.
